Mac 'n Cheese please.

I am a self proclaimed huge Mac 'n Cheese fan.
Perhaps it might quite be my favorite food of all time.
If it's on a menu, I order it.
It's my comfort food.
It's the one dish that I remember growing up on.
It brings out the inner kid in me.

I'm still in love with it and my grandma's is still the best.
But...
Every now and then I like to change it up a bit.
Give Mac 'n Cheese a grown up makeover.
  Lobster mac 'n cheese
Black truffle mac 'n cheese.
White mac 'n cheese.

Tonight I had some dear friends of mine over and I decided to mix it up a bit and make mac 'n cheese for them.
I tried a new recipe that tons of people had raved about on my favorite website Pinterest.
Come to find out, it was a Martha Stewart recipe.
Now, when I was little I wanted to be Martha Stewart when I grew up.
and now at 25 a part of me still does.
So you could imagine how excited I was when the link led to me to her site.
Anything Martha Stewart comes out quite delish.

This mac 'n cheese will knock your socks off!
So yummy. 
So cheesy.
With a smidgen of heat.

It was a tad bit complicated because you have to make in it two parts.
but well well worth it.
